With Terminals in strategic locations in the port of Santos, HIPERCON has a total area of 329,200 m2, with a total area of 26,200 m2 in covered warehouses for the handling and storage of general cargo and also project cargo, four Terminals which are certified by the Brazilian Inland Revenue for the use of the REDEX system, one Customs Terminal for the handling of liquids, one General Warehouse, one Depot for storage and repair of empty containers from the largest Shipping Companies, and a patio for the exclusive use for movement of vehicles, both light and heavy. All Terminals have covered areas for stuffing, stripping and physical checking.

Following the trail of continuous investment, HIPERCON has just inaugurated yet another warehouse with an area of 11,200 m², prepared and constructed with what is most modern in structure and technology. This is a warehouse that has been certified by CETESB and also by AVCB, with night lighting and anti-explosion lamps, a computerised system with digital certification for control of access of people, vehicles and goods, and also a system of monitoring with cameras, with recording equipment in DVD and HD.

As a Transport Company, HIPERCON is also qualified to transport dry cargo, cold-stored, either loose or in containers, using the Simple Regime or DTA. The company also acts as a Customs Forwarder, with its own team to carry out clearance and co-ordination of the whole logistics of the export and import processes.
