Hipercon operates as an extension of the client’s industrial units, through opening a branch on our premises, from which it is possible to:

  • Issue Tax Invoices;
  • Make consultations and insertions at the SAP;
  • Visualise the dispatch of cargo from the production units;
  • Visualise the plans for goods to arrive at Hipercon;
  • Record the volume, weight, number of batches, and number of pallets as received;
  • Register physical stock;
  • Make weekly inventories;
  • Generate reports on receipt, stock, dispatch and stuffing.

This information is completed in the SAP at the moment of the operation, meaning that it is possible to visualise, in real time, all the movement of entrance and exit of cargo in our terminal.

Hipercon has a system for reading bar codes, thus allowing greater speed and absolute accuracy in the identification of cargo and in execution of inventories. The bar code readers record information such as:

  • Cargo loaded;
  • Cargo offloaded;
  • Goods received;
  • Stock control;
  • Control of Goods Movements;
  • Cargo dispatched;
  • Information that characterises each cargo batch specifically, including type of product, type of packaging, number of micropackages that make up one macropackage, weight, volume in cubic metres, the batch to which the goods belong, date of manufacture, expiry date (if any), exporter, importer, country of origin and country of destination.

Hipercon carries out the control over Operations, through the following Systems:

    • Control over transport.

    • Broker with the subproducts I. Broker-Export, I. Broker-Import and I-Tracking. Control over processes of Customs Clearance and Shipping Agency Services.
  • Depot System
    • Control over the storage and repair of empty containers. Hipercon offers the possibility of configuration and sending information via EDI to the terminal services, transport, customs clearance, shipping agency services and storage or repair of containers.

This is a web-based system that allows the total management of export processes and also the trackability of information, through the modules of Proforma, Invoice, Export Process, Loading Management, Generation and Record of the RE at SISCOMEX, Follow-Up, Final Cost of Export, Generator of Documents and Reports.

This is a web-based system that allows total management of processes by means of the PO/Invoice, LI, LA, DA (Customs Warehouse), integrated with the Financial/Invoicing area. It includes a Generator of Reports, Drafts of Tax Invoices (Notas Fiscais) for Entry, and also Electronic Bills. Apart from reducing the lead time, it is also possible to generate, in an integrated and centralised manner, all the information with security of data and reliability of figures. It also makes possible an interface with importers, Trades and Commercial Importers.

I-TRACKING top

This is a system developed with the aim of allowing accompaniment of the processes of Imports and Exports in real time, making available online information about the processes of customs clearance or cargo shipping agency services, by sending e-mails with details of the monitoring of the process, the centralisation of information, the storage of documents, and the monitoring of the flow of information about confirmed shipments.

  • Online availability of the information about the processes for customs clearance or cargo shipment agency services;
  • Centralisation of information;
  • Storage of the documents related to the process (PDF, DOC, XLS and others);

  • Colour-coded alert system, depending on the status of each process;
  • Provision of a username and password for each client to be able to use all information inherent to his or her processes;
  • Allows the monitoring of the flow of information on confirmed shipments;

Hipercon has a system with the issue of specific Reports about the operational flow, from the removal of loose cargo in the plant of the exporter through to the delivery of the full container at the shipment terminal (Stuffing at the Port of Santos); or from the removal of the empty container at the Shipping Company’s depot to the delivery of the full container at the shipping terminal (Stuffing at the exporter’s plant). These reports consider information such as:
